Registration and Accommodation
Please read this web page carefully. A completed registration form with Hotel Application should be emailed to EAGT2019@163.com for registration. Registration becomes valid after your payment is verified. There are two different registration web-pages for overseas participants and domestic participants. Domestic participants should use
the local registration page.
We strongly recommend overseas participants to register with payment before the early-registration deadline: January 15, 2019. Participants from China should submit the registration form before January 15, 2019. "Overseas" rates apply to all participants travelling from outside China.

If you are accompanied by two or more banquet guests, please contact us by email.
The registration fee includes participation in the conference, conference package, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, welcome party, and social programs. Transportation fees and accommodation fees are not included. "Overseas" rates apply to all participants travelling from outside China.
A limited number of rooms are available in a recommended conference hotel, Fujian West Lake Hotel, No.11 Hualin Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou, Fujian . The room rate per night is as follows:
Twin bed room (breakfast included) for 2 persons is US$61 per night.
Double bed room (breakfast included) for 2 persons is US$57 per night.
Single room is a single use of a double room (breakfast included, US$57 per night).
If you would like to stay at the recommended conference hotel, please mention that on the registration form. Registrations that include such a request must by completed (with payment) before the early-registration deadline: January 15, 2019.

Credit Card Payments are accepted from overseas participants from December 1, 2018 until January 30, 2019. After that date, overseas participants are required to pay registration fee by cash at the conference site upon arrival. Payment options for domestic participants will be detailed soon.
